A job we did for a customers Narrowboat. We were given paper templates for these. We used a 3″ extra firm foam which was cut to shape and then edges chamfered to fit the hull. The foam was then covered in stockinette, then all covered in Agora Lisos Pu Coated Grafito fabric. The undersides of the cushions were covered in a breathable underlining with plain sewing.
New upholstery completed for a salon area;
These cushions were made up from paper templates, which we went down and did during the course of a day. The covers were made up in Eco Suede Marine eco912 with plain sewing and fitted zips.
For these cushions we unpicked the old covers, removed the old foam from the plywood and then made templates from them to cut the new ones.
We did the upholstery for the forward cabin, saloon and aft cabin on this vessel, making up all these cushions from our customers paper templates.

Another boat job completed.
The seat cushions we completely changed, the old ones were wedge shaped and uncomfortable to lay on. We used 5″ stately reflex foams for these and made them flat so they were then again comfortable to lay on. Once the foams were cut to shape, they were then covered with polyester wadding and finished off with stockinette under covers.
In March we completely refurbished the interior of a boat for a customer in Suffolk. These were made up from paper templates the customer sent in to us and he also gave us the pre-made plywood boards for the backs. These boards were upholstered with a high quality foam and knee rolls were added for additional comfort.
Some seat cushions just completed for a seating area in a boat.
